It is the first of it's kind online marketplace in Hong Kong focused on leveraging the accumulated wisdom of the exploding silver-haired segment. Founded in just March 2017, Priyanka has since then built a vibrant community of experienced and skilled retirees and is enhancing their employability through skill-building and coaching programmes. Prior to founding Retired Not Out Priyanka worked for 10 years in the FMCG space as a digital marketer, brand builder and content creator. She has also consulted with non-profits, written Indian mainstream television shows and been a food photographer. She is passionate about driving sustainable social change and using technology to evolve the future of work. Kimberly Arth is the Co-Founder of PIVOT, a recruitment firm that connects women with deep professional experience with contract and project based work from top tier employers. PIVOT was established in 2016 with her Co-Founder Lauren Lin, to find opportunities for women who are not typically in the full time job market. PIVOT's curated Member base includes women with secondary degrees from globally recognized universities, years of experience, achievement and leadership with international blue-chip companies and track records of success in community and social causes. Prior to founding PIVOT, Kimberly worked in the financial sector for over 10 years at institutions including: Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Lazard. Kimberly Arth graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. Anna Simpson, Chief Innovation Coach at Flux Compass, is an author and futures facilitator supporting organisations and individuals to navigate complex change and make empowered choices. She is the Curator of the Futures Centre, an online hub tracking change to accelerate sustainability at Forum for the Future. Her latest book, The Innovation-Friendly Organization (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017) asks how organisations can develop a culture that enables people to embrace change.
